GENERAL RULES
1. You must follow number of people allowed in each unit as posted on unit.
2. All personnel must remove shoes, eyeglasses and any SHARP OBJECTS before entering the unit.
3. ABSOLUTLEY NO - SILLY STRING, confetti, gum, food, drinks, sprays, or other sticky substances are allowed in the units. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the imposing of and additional cleaning fee of no less the $250.00.
4. To avoid neck and back injures - NO WRESTLING, FLIPS OR ROUGH HOUSING ALLOWED.
5. Do Not bounce against the sides or near the doorway of the unit - serious injuries may result.
6. Anyone with head, back, neck or any muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants and others who may be susceptible to injuries from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the units at any time.
7. Do Not allow older children to jump with younger children.
8. No hanging from the netting on the sides or from the roof of the unit. A repair fee will be imposed if the sides/roof is damaged from mis-use.
9. Use only blow up "beach ball" type of balls in the unit.
10. If inflatable begins to lose air, make your way to the exit immediately.
11. DO NOT USE IF WINDS EXCEED 25 MPH. UNIT CAN FLIP OVER. If high wineds exist, exit unit immediately and turn off the blower.
12. Keep children away from the blower.
13. Do not operate the unit when raining or ground is wet.
14. Do not move the unit from where it is installed.
15. Children's safety depends on YOU. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. As the Lessee of the moonwalk unit, the saftey of all who come in contact with the unit or parts thereof is your resonsibility.
16. Do Not deflate the unit (unless rain is imminent) so that it may be inspected and cleaned prior to departure from the premises.

WEATHER & CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions. There will be no refunds or reductions in price due to foul weather once the unit is set up on location.
Deposits will be refunded based on the following schedule:
*Cancellation 1 week (7 Days) or more from rental date will receive 100% refund of deposit.
*Cancellation less than 7 days from the rental date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
* Cancellation due to weather (before delivery of the unit) will receive 100% refund of deposit.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The lessee shall be in charge of the unit's operation and is fully responsible for the return of the unit in good working order. Lessee shall pay for theft and/or damage due to mis-use of the inflatable unit while on their premises. Lesser (Kangaroo Moonwalks Of Katy) and its officers, employees and agents is/are not responsible for any injuries occuring to any person or persons in contact with the inflatable unit and/or unit parts (blower). The lessee further agrees to hold the lesser and its officers, employees, and agents free and harmless against ANY injuries or claims. The Lessee shall indemnify the lesser and its officers, employees, and agent's from/against any costs incurred due to claims for anyone and for attorney's fees and related costs involving the use and return of the moonwalk unit and any other rental equipment, should legal action become necessary.
I have read and understood ALL of the rules listed above AND the release of Liability and agree to abide by those rules and that Kangaroo Moonwalks of Katy will be held harmless against any claims due to injuries or other as described above.
